Job summary

Herbally Yours, Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Lead Technician to own production equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and general facility maintenance in a cGMP environment.

This is a working technician role, not a desk job. You will diagnose problems, coordinate with production, manage spare parts, oversee outside vendors when needed, and ensure repairs are completed and documented on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, LOTO and safety requirements.
• Experience developing and documenting preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery per manufacturer guidelines and safety requirements.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document PM activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic issues and perform repairs.
• Maintain and repair production and warehouse equipment and related systems.
• Manage building and facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate and supervise outside contractors when needed and verify completed work.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
• Ensure strict lockout/tagout procedures are followed.
