Weinstein Properties in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for Bexley at Left Bank. You will help manage a service team and ensure timely upkeep, repairs, and ground/building maintenance to protect resident satisfaction and occupancy.

Preferred candidates have 4+ years in trades with 2+ years supervisory experience, HVAC/EPA certification, and strong customer service. On-call rotation, competitive compensation, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years trade related experience with at least 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
Computer skills to assign/manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies and communicate via email.
Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required.

Responsibilities

Assist with managing and coordinating service team activities to ensure upkeep and repairs are completed efficiently.
Supervise in-house and/or vendor work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related tasks.
Schedule and directly supervise work assignments; participate in on-call rotation.
Contribute to maintaining high occupancy by applying professional maintenance practices.
