Qualifications

• 4+ years of trade experience with at least 2 years in apartment maintenance supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Willing to share on-call with other team members.
• Valid driver's license, transportation and tools.
• DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the service team to ensure upkeep and repairs are completed efficiently.
• Schedule turns, assign work orders, and communicate via email.
• Supervise in-house and vendor work; participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain focus on customer service and on-site quality standards.
