Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for the Bexley at Left Bank property in Fort Worth, TX. This role supports a service team, overseeing day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and scheduling to maximize occupancy and deliver excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of trade experience with supervisory exposure, EPA/CFC certification, and strong skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. On-call duties and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years trade-related experience with at least 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required
• Valid driver's license and transportation and tools required.
• Proficient computer skills to assign and manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies and communicate via email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and coordinating activities of a service team to ensure upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure and appliances.
• Schedule and supervise all in-house and vendor work; share on-call with other team members.
