The role oversees daily work, assigns tasks, and ensures safety and quality across diverse maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and three (3) years of street or facility maintenance and repair work.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the above qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in a wide variety of maintenance and repair work.
• Monitors activities of crew members and enforces safety standards.
• Operates a variety of equipment related to assignment (loaders, rollers, sweepers, backhoes, cranes, trucks).
• Specializes in Carpentry, Welding, Equipment Maintenance, Bridge Maintenance and/or Concrete/Masonry.
