Qualifications

• Direct supervision of business support, technical, or production staff.
• Sets priorities and coordinates with other supervisors.
• Typically has 0-3 years relevant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, verifies and reports on construction and maintenance activities for weekly schedule.
• Coordinates multi-discipline craft activities and interfaces with clients and leadership to ensure workflow and schedule adherence.
• Develops and monitors 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule for assigned work scope.
• Mentors and coaches team members and pursues safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Conducts foreman meetings to review daily, weekly, and monthly planning and adherence.
