Job summary
Brown & Root Industrial Services in Wisconsin is seeking an Associate Project Leader to oversee commercial/industrial construction projects and coordinate multi-trade subcontractors.
You will develop scopes of work, review engineering drawings, and support cost estimates with MS Project, Excel, and other scheduling tools; travel to client sites is expected.
Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork are essential to meet tight timelines and client objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in the commercial or industrial general construction industry.
- Experience managing multiple building renovation and upgrade projects involving multi-trade subcontractors.
- Prior experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) is highly preferred.
- Experience preparing detailed lump sum, fixed-price estimates based on subcontractor proposals.
- Familiarity with RS Means, Gordian Software or other unit price books for line-item estimating is a plus.
