Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery and electrical/electronic controls.
• Familiarity with CMMS programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to ensure safe operation and uptime.
• Coordinate with contractors and on-call for emergencies.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance and KPIs.
• Monitor inventory, schedules, and budgets for maintenance activities.
