Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to support manufacturing through preventative maintenance and rapid resolution of equipment failures. You will collaborate with internal teams and external resources to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs process machinery and hydraulic equipment.
• Leads maintenance crew and daily activities with safe, efficient work practices.
• Performs preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Inspects own and others’ work for quality and safety compliance.
• Installs wiring and conduit for new machines and equipment (robots, conveyors, controllers).
• Trains other maintenance personnel and participates in safety activities.
