Zebra Technologies Corporation in Flowery Branch, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to support manufacturing by executing a preventive maintenance program aligned with ISO 9001 QMS requirements. You will lead a maintenance crew and coordinate with EHS and plant leadership to keep equipment running smoothly.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong electrical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery, install new plant equipment, and work with

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of maintenance experience.
PPE: steel toe shoes, safety glasses, ear protection.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and repairs process machinery and hydraulic equipment.
Attends safety meetings and may serve on Safety Committee.
Provides direction and leadership for the maintenance crew.
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Install power supply wiring and conduit for machines such as robots and conveyors.
Diagnose and replace damaged parts on transformers, motors, gearboxes.
Work with EHS and plant leadership on safety procedures.
