Responsibilities

• Lead and perform completion of work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant apartments and schedule vendors as needed.
• Procure materials and manage inventory for maintenance tasks.
• Conduct property inspections using required platforms and document findings.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities and perform routine cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
