Job summary

MDI Management is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee on-site maintenance across properties. The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance or general labor experience, with on-call weekends and a standard 8 am–5 pm schedule Monday through Friday.

Daily duties include preventive maintenance, emergency response, and unit turnover support. The candidate should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• We require 1+ year of maintenance and/or general labor experience.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with weekends on call.
• Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 24-hour maintenance emergency calls.
• Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tasks across properties.
• Repair, replace, and maintain fixtures, windows, doors, and signage.
• Turn vacant units and complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with landscaping and shop/garage organization.
