Related Affordable is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead for Crystal Falls Crossing in Leander, TX. You will guide and mentor the maintenance team, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of our properties.

You will handle repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, supervise staff, and coordinate schedules. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality service for residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Affordable housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate schedules.
