Role Overview: This position involves performing preventive, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance within a facility supporting diverse markets such as animal nutrition, bioindustrial, and road safety salt.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance tasks on equipment including pumps, mobile machinery, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Documenting work activities and conditions using maintenance software.
• Operating tools, machinery, and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Interpreting mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Adhering to all safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Performing other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in electrical troubleshooting and control voltages.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working in elevated and outdoor environments, and using PPE.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, planning, and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED; eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems, especially SAP.
• Technical maintenance or related degrees.
• Experience with inventory management and calibrating pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical assemblies.
