Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a maintenance technician in the United States (Vermont, Highgate Springs) to perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, bearings, and related systems. The role emphasizes safe operation, documentation, and hands-on repair in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include testing and repairing systems, interpreting schematics, and adhering to safety policies while contributing to continuous improvement and career development opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of maintenance experience and 2 years of electrical troubleshooting expertise, including VFDs and control voltages.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working in elevated or outdoor conditions with PPE.
