Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in elevated or outdoor conditions, and use PPE.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and planning experience.
• At least 4 years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in electrical troubleshooting, control voltages, and VFDs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience, leadership skills, familiarity with CMMS (e.g., SAP), and maintenance of pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical assemblies.
• Technical degree or inventory system experience is a plus.
