Job summary

Stellantis in Toledo, Ohio seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled trades in a fast-paced, union environment. You will drive throughput improvements, coordinate maintenance activities, and mentor teams on SIS problem solving and corrective action.

You will influence KPIs such as MTBF/MTTR, supervise the Skilled Trades, and drive waste reduction through kaizen and cost deployment initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant from hourly represented employees to Senior Leadership as required
• Ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated troubleshooting problem solving experience
• Goal oriented self-starter with ability to lead teams.
• Ability to coach/mentor/develop skilled trade employees
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct skilled trades employees to meet maintenance objectives
• Coordinate safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale initiatives
• Drive throughput improvements and coordinate maintenance activities
• Provide coaching and mentoring on SIS problem solving and corrective action
• Influence KPIs, MTBF, MTTR and equipment condition
• Address throughput, run-to-run, and downtime issues with production equipment
• Direct supervision of the Skilled Trades
• Drive waste reduction in collaboration with staff
• Lead kaizen projects for OEE improvements and cost deployment
