Job summary

Stellantis in Sterling Heights is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled trades in a fast-paced, union manufacturing setting. You will coordinate safety, quality, delivery, and cost initiatives while driving throughput improvements and mentoring both hourly and supervisory staff in World Class Manufacturing practices.

The role requires strong project management, industrial automation experience, and the ability to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management experience.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of employees within all areas of the Plant.
• Ability to coach/mentor/develop skilled trade employees.
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Skilled Trades to meet maintenance objectives in a fast-paced, union environment.
• Coordinate safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale initiatives.
• Drive throughput improvements and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Coach and mentor hourly and supervisory staff in World Class Manufacturing techniques.
• Lead kaizen and OEE improvement activities.
