Job summary

Mubea in Florence, KY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment to keep production running.

The role requires strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance; experience with SAP is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Past work within the field of maintenance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Experience entering requisitions and completing requisitions for maintenance of machines or tools.

Responsibilities

• Directs workers in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Sets schedules for preventative maintenance while ensuring production needs are met.
• Follows up with employees to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Trains workers in methods, procedures, and use of equipment.
• Records repairs made and actual costs.
