Job summary

Greencroft Goshen is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small maintenance team and ensure the safety, comfort, and smooth operation of our campus. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs with a schedule of Monday–Friday 7:30AM–4PM and on-call weekends/evenings.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance, a HVAC/Refrigeration certification, and the ability to lift and climb ladders while working independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience; HVAC/Refrigeration certification required.
• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical work.
• Supervisory experience a plus and able to lift and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small maintenance team.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general repairs.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with projects, events and seasonal needs (e.g., snow removal).
