Greencroft Communities in Goshen, IN is seeking a Maintenance Lead to help run our senior living campus. You will perform day-to-day maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, and oversee routine work orders to keep residents safe and comfortable.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule, leadership opportunities within the department, and a chance to make a visible difference in a mission-driven community.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of maintenance experience.
• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physically active work.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day maintenance throughout the campus.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist with renovation projects, room setups, and campus improvements.
• Support seasonal responsibilities, including snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Help coordinate maintenance activities and provide leadership within the department.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

On-Call Rotation:

Evenings and weekends as scheduled
