You will lead maintenance mechanics and electricians in preventive maintenance, repairs, and critical equipment across the plant, facilities, utilities and powerhouse to keep production lines running at peak efficiency. The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and data-driven performance tracking, with a focus on safety and compliance (USDA-related considerations noted).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience leading trainings, coaching, or mentoring staff.
• Able to lead problem-solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.
• Advanced technical knowledge in ammonia refrigeration, high-pressure boiler, compressed air, and related electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in preventive maintenance, repairs, and predictive maintenance.
• Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures.
• Oversee maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with Production to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (TPM, SOPs, safety).
• Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day support for equipment issues.
