Qualifications
- 5+ years in maintenance with leadership experience.

- HS diploma; related degree/certs a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2nd shift maintenance team, providing guidance and direction.
- Oversee and perform maintenance and repair on electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to align maintenance with company goals.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Provide training and mentorship to the maintenance team.
