Job summary

Ambo Properties is seeking a Lead Maintenance to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in our residential buildings in Kilgore, Texas. The role emphasizes technical excellence, reliability, and strong customer service for residents, prospects, and partners.

You will conduct routine checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance while keeping accurate maintenance records. A hands-on, growth-minded professional is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid EPA Certification is required.
• Valid HVAC Certification is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair HVAC systems in residential units.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
