Job summary

Ambo Properties is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our residential communities. You’ll perform upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance across apartment units and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for being a part of the beautifulupkeep, maintenance, and repair of apartment units and common areas within our residential buildings. This position involves a broad range of tasks, includingplumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance repair. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents.
