Job summary

Agropur Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Clerk to support inventory control for maintenance parts and supplies.

You will track, file, and reconcile stock in the Maximo system, process packing slips, and assist in updating work orders and parts in the inventory database. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure parts availability, proper levels, and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two (2) years of related maintenance/inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Basic math skills and basic computer literacy are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory parts in Maximo system and file packing slips according to vendor.
• Enter material or service items from work orders (non-inventory).
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts to verify quantities.
• Investigate inventory errors, determine root causes, and process adjustments.
• Assist maintenance team with parts, labeling, locations, and min/max levels.
• Perform daily checks of parts used and needed with the maintenance team.
• Support Wastewater Treatment Plant inventory and Maximo tasks on work orders.
• Help technicians locate special orders and needed items; data entry and filing.
