Agropur is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Clerk to assist in overseeing materials and equipment for maintenance and inventory control. The role includes receiving parts in Maximo, processing work orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure correct stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and support procurement activities. A High School Diploma is required, with 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of related maintenance/inventory control experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive inventory parts in Maximo system and file packing slips according to vendor.
• Enter material or service items from work orders (non-inventory).
• Reconcile and maintain inventory records; conduct cycle counts to verify quantities.
• Investigate inventory errors; determine root causes and propose adjustments.
• Work with maintenance team to add/subtract parts, label, locate and set min/max levels.
• Perform daily checks of parts used and needed with maintenance team.
• Assist Wastewater Treatment Plant with parts and inventory.
• Assist technicians with Maximo items, such as closing work orders and filing.
• Help technicians locate special orders and as needed items.
• Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and taking calls.
• Backup for Procurement Coordinator.
