Agropur is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Clerk in Minnesota to oversee and maintain materials and equipment for maintenance and inventory control. You will track stock, assist in unloading deliveries, and help ensure organized, accurate records using Maximo system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related maintenance/inventory control experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to input/retrieve data.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory parts in Maximo and file packing slips per vendor.
• Enter material or service items from work orders (non-inventory).
• Maintain inventory records; perform cycle counts and verify item quantities.
• Investigate inventory errors; determine root causes and adjust in system.
• Assist maintenance team with parts, labeling, locating, and min/max levels.
• Conduct daily checks of parts used and needed with maintenance staff.
• Support Wastewater Treatment Plant inventory of parts/equipment.
• Back up Procurement Coordinator; document work orders and parts used.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed (filing, data entry, calls).
• Assist technicians with locating special orders and required items.
