Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a maintenance storeroom inventory controller to manage receiving, storing, and issuing parts for work orders in a fast-paced environment. You will track inventory in MVP CMMS and spreadsheets, optimize storeroom layout, and support purchasing with accurate receipt records.

The role requires cycle counts, strong attention to detail, and solid experience with CMMS and basic office software.

Qualifications

• Cycle counts daily; about 250 part SKUs per day.
• Two–three years parts room experience or equivalent.
• History of detailed record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Fluency in a CMMS.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Proficient with basic office software and maintenance software to update work orders and run reports.

Responsibilities

• Inventorying, stocking, and organizing parts and supplies for maintenance and production.
• Modify part numbers, descriptions, and information in MVP (CMMS) with accuracy.
• Issue replacement parts to mechanics and assist in locating parts.
• Assemble and fill orders with Maintenance Planner coordination.
• Label/bar code inventory parts for tracking usage.
