The Team Members We’re Looking For

At Dole, employees are our cornerstone. We seek dynamic individuals for our Springfield, Ohio facility.

In this role, you will verify inventory, support the maintenance team, contact vendors, and input downtime data. The work involves physical activity and may require weekend/holiday work. The environment includes noise, chemicals, and cold temperatures (average 34°F).

• Primary Responsibilities:
  Verify inventory, support maintenance needs, contact vendors, input data into JD Edwards system.

This position is safety sensitive, requiring a drug screening.

• Major Responsibilities:
• Conduct vendor price comparisons
• Manage inventory, receive goods, perform cycle counts
• Enter parts requisitions and maintain supply levels
• Understand maintenance practices
• Generate preventative maintenance work orders
• Adhere to food safety policies
• Support special projects and other duties

Required Skills:

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of maintenance and inventory principles
• Ability to multitask

Required Experience:

• Knowledge of maintenance and inventory management
