Shipping / Inventory Specialist Conshohocken PA

We are looking for a motivated Shipping Technician to join our team full time in Conshohocken, PA. The incoming technician will be responsible for driving the daily flow of work for other shipping and ensuring that we do not run out of inventory for our customers. As our company and sales grow, we need to grow our team with dedicated, hardworking team players. Ideally, we need someone who is organized, a great communicator and team player who is reliable and knows how to follow through with projects to get the job done. We need someone with a logistics/warehouse operations/supply chain background.

Duties:
  • Drive daily flow of work for shipping and inventory customer needs
  • Responsible for daily product shipments
  • All inventory related work such as incoming product inspection, product returns, preparing careLOG boxes
  • Stocking up shelves with product and product related supplies
  • Inventory Management & Reporting
  • Daily shipping out of Zoho Inventory
  • Receiving and inspection of incoming inventory
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure that we do not run out of critical products
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Work with production teams to identify product needs and ensure that products are available when needed
  • Receive and inspect incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that products are distributed to the correct locations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product storage, handling, and tracking
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings. Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary.
Skills:

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • At least 2 year(s) of experience in shipping or inventory management role, or related field required.
  • Associate’s degree (or 60 credit hours) may be substituted to meet up to 2 years of experience requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree may be substituted to meet up to 4 years of experience requirements.
  • Master’s degree may be substituted to meet up to 6 years of experience requirements.
  • Clearance of favorable background investigation required.
Compensation (range):
