US Tech Solutions is seeking a maintenance inventory specialist to order parts and manage physical inventory across our facilities and maintenance teams. With limited floor space, strong organizational skills are essential to manage spare parts within available cabinets.

The role involves supplier coordination, procurement, travel arrangements, cycle counts, calibration management, forklift certification, and routine housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement and stock management of spare parts.
• Strong organizational and inventory control skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to coordinate travel and expense reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interface and communicate with suppliers to meet quality, service, and delivery targets.
• Procurement and stock of spare parts for active repair cases.
• Manage credit card and expense reporting.
• Arrange travel including hotel and transportation.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records of spare parts.
• Manage tools with calibration requirements.
• Manage forklift certifications.
• Perform routine housekeeping to maintain work area.
• Experience with maintenance management software (Accruent).
• Understand predictive maintenance management.
