Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in supply chain, logistics, or technical field is a plus.
• 2+ years in inventory/warehousing roles in industrial environments.
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records using CMMS or ERP systems.
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts and supplies.
• Organize parts room and stage items for maintenance tasks.
• Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
• Handle returns, warranty claims, and external refurbishments.
• Uphold safety and 5S/OSHA standards; comply with PPE and training.
