Job summary

Pacific Cheese, Co. is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Clerk for 1st Shift to support the maintenance department with inventory management, CMMS/Redzone data entry, and PM documentation. The role ensures accurate tracking of parts and related records, providing essential administrative support for reliable plant operations.

The position starts at 7:00am, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime. A high school diploma or GED is required, and 2–3 years of related experience is preferred in

• Navigate CMMS/Redzone or similar systems with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance parts and proper storage.
• Monitor parts usage and communicate shortages.
• Receive and verify incoming parts against packing slips.
• Assist with PM schedules and documentation.
• File and maintain maintenance records per department standards.
• Resolve discrepancies related to parts and work orders.
• Support work orders, PMs, and equipment records with administrative tasks.
• Provide clerical support including phone coverage and paperwork coordination.
• Maintain data entry and data integrity in maintenance system records.
