Rita Staffing seeks a Maintenance Clerk in Winter Haven, FL to enter and manage PO data for vendors, maintenance, and production teams. You will track inventory, restock supplies, and record receipts to maintain real-time accuracy.

The role requires payment of $21.00/hour with a potential pay increase upon hire, and hours Monday–Friday, 6am–5pm. This temporary-to-hire position emphasizes accuracy and reporting across maintenance operations.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid math skills with basic calculator operations.

Mansioni

• Enter and manage purchase order data for vendors, maintenance, and production teams.
• Track inventory levels through periodic physical counts and restock supplies.
• Record parts and supply receipts in the inventory system to maintain accuracy.
• Order materials and parts required for maintenance and production operations.
• Generate and distribute preventive maintenance work orders.
• Maintain system data and assist in creating and distributing reports.
• Process internal billing for maintenance and production activities.
