Victaulic in Easton, PA is seeking a Maintenance Inventory Administrator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in a full-time manufacturing role. The position focuses on managing maintenance inventory, ensuring parts availability, and supporting safe, reliable operations.

You will organize storeroom inventories, order necessary parts, and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience with inventory systems (preferably in maintenance).
• Good organizational skills.
• Willing to work weekends, extended hours, or other shifts.
• Basic computer skills (two years’ experience preferred).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize maintenance and production inventory to support daily operations.
• Order all necessary production and maintenance parts and supplies.
• Maintain all necessary parts/supplies using physical inventory and database systems.
• Monitor usage to ensure inventories are sufficient and waste is avoided.
• Benchmark vendors and parts to determine best practices.
• Keep storeroom neat and compliant with safety standards.
