Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Maintenance Inventory Administrator to keep our Easton, PA foundry operations supplied and running smoothly. You will manage maintenance inventory, ensure parts availability, and support teams that keep equipment operating safely and reliably.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and adherence to safety rules. A high school diploma and 2+ years of inventory system experience are desired, with weekend/extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience with inventory systems preferred.
• Good organizational skills a must.
• Willing to work weekends, extended hours, or other shifts as necessary.
• Maintain professional appearance/demeanor.
• Must have basic computer skills (two years’ experience preferred).
• Maintain good performance and attendance records.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to work with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize maintenance and production inventory, supplies, and materials to support smooth daily operations.
• Understand and abide by all Company safety rules, regulations, and policies.
• Ensure safe and sanitary working conditions in the facility in accordance with Company standards, state & federal laws and regulations.
• Know and understand your OSHA rights.
• Conduct safety training topics as required.
• Attend all assigned safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
• Investigate accidents and near misses, completing appropriate reports and taking action to eliminate root causes.
• Manage storeroom/tool inventories; receive all supplies and maintain inventories.
• Order all necessary production and maintenance parts and supplies.
• Maintain parts/supplies using both physical inventory and database systems.
• Order and receive maintenance and production supplies and store them properly.
