Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Communicate equipment issues clearly.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret technical instructions, drawings, or manuals.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating/maintenance docs.
• Present information to Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance management.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and/or mechanical equipment to keep production on schedule.
• Work with maintenance and engineering teams to perform root cause analysis of machine faults.
• Maintain effective communication between manufacturing personnel, supervisory staff and management.
• Develop, implement, and enhance a preventative maintenance program for consistent equipment performance.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance activities.
• Interface with the CMMS system (eMaint) and assist in managing spare part inventories.
• Maintain repair history for trend analysis and close work orders.
