Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of common power and hand tools.
• Experience in building and equipment maintenance; building automation systems preferred; plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and repair, including small-scale in-house construction projects and cleaning tasks.
• Assist with grounds duties when needed and maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Work from blueprints, schematics and technical manuals; use hand tools, meters and gauges; troubleshoot and document conditions.
• Maintain documentation and complete tasks in accordance with Joint Commission standards.
