Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a maintenance technician to perform light repair, cleaning, and general upkeep in a safe, professional manner. You will use hand tools, meters, and gauges, and may refer to blueprints or schematics to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations, and maintaining campus grounds. Good communication and adherence to safety guidelines are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Trade or vocational school preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in building systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance, repair and cleaning tasks in a safe, professional manner.
• Work with hand tools, meters, and gauges; interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations.
• Maintain campus grounds and perform outdoor maintenance duties as needed.
• Follow safety policies and communicate effectively with team; may work varied shifts.
