Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in building systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for light maintenance and cleaning tasks in a safe, professional manner.
• Must take extra precautions in patient/resident care areas; keep tools out of reach of children.
• Must possess basic mechanical knowledge and use hand tools, meters, measuring devices and gauges.
• Ability to work from blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Install and maintain mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations; other general duties as needed.
