Grande Custom Ingredients Group is seeking a Maintenance I Associate in Fond du Lac, WI to support the safe and reliable operation of a dairy/food production facility. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and document activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and 6 months of related maintenance experience.
Starting hourly rate: $26.17
As a Maintenance I Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our facility by performing general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs. This hands‑on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, working with a variety of tools and equipment, and contributing to a team‑focused environment that keeps production running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll perform routine facility and equipment maintenance. You’ll also support preventative maintenance activities by inspecting, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing components to help maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Additional responsibilities include documenting maintenance activities, managing replacement part requests, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move materials, as well as frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion. The work environment includes exposure to production equipment, refrigerated conditions, and a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
