Job summary

Grande Cheese Company is seeking a Maintenance II to join the team in Brownsville, WI. The role involves working with maintenance associates and team managers to assemble, install, dismantle, maintain, and repair intake and processing equipment to ensure continuous operation.

The position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least two years of mechanical or electrical manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating

Hours: 5:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Range

$30.40 an hour and up, based on experience

$3 night shift premium from (6:00PM-6:00AM)

$2.25 an hour weekend shift premium (Saturdays and Sundays)

Job Summary

Do you want to continue honing your maintenance skill set? As a Maintenance II, you will work as a team or with the other Maintenance Associates and Team Managers and assist in all functions of the maintenance areas as needed, including but not limited to assemble, install, dismantle, maintain, and repair intake and processing equipment, distribution, supporting equipment, and all other processing equipment to update or replace existing equipment, update technology, prepare for repair or replacement, PM’s, and to keep it running efficiently.

Qualifications

Required: Associate's degree in related field. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.

Minimum of two (2) years of related mechanical or electrical experience and/or training required. Manufacturing industry experience required.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

20-50lbs lifting, Climbing, Humid, Extreme Cold and Extreme Hot Temperatures.

Education

Required: High School Diploma or better in Industrial Maintenance.

Preferred: Associates Degree or better in Industrial Maintenance.
