• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn maintenance trades and technical skills.
• Ability to obtain certification to operate powered vehicular equipment (e.g., forklifts, aerial lifts).

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance and grounds personnel in repair/installation of facility items and systems.
• Perform painting tasks and general grounds-related functions to keep facilities safe and attractive.
• Install and maintain system components and equipment to keep facilities operational.
• Assist with cleaning and minor repairs of gutters, drains, and related structures.
• Safely operate shop tools and equipment and manage inventory for supplies.
