Crestwood Center in Milford, NH is hiring a Full Time Maintenance Assistant to help keep the nursing center and grounds clean, safe and orderly. The role supports a pleasant environment for residents and patients, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include minor repairs, HVAC filter changes, stocking supplies, and possibly taking on supervisory duties when the Maintenance Supervisor is unavailable.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry required.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Assistant completes a variety of tasks to maintain the nursing center and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition along with a pleasing appearance.

• * Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers
• * Changes filters on HVAC equipment
• * Carries, lifts and stocks supplies
• * Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry.
