Position Overview:

We are seeking a Maintenance Helper responsible for tasks related to the maintenance of our plant and office buildings. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the helper will assist with various maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

• Clean offices and bathrooms, wax floors, and shampoo carpets.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs in bathrooms.
• Assist with basic painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Support dry-wall repairs and move furniture as needed.
• Perform basic gardening tasks.
• Undertake other essential duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English reading and verbal communication to understand and communicate company procedures and policies.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
