Position: Chemical Plant Worker / Maintenance Helper

Location: Artesia, NM

Summary: PSC Group is seeking a dedicated Chemical Loading Operator to join our team in Artesia, New Mexico. We prioritize employee training and safety, offering opportunities for growth in a stable, long-term career within the chemical industry. This is a full-time position with a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Work Schedule:

• 4 On 4 Off (12 Hour Shift Rotating Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays)

Pay Range:

Starting at $21.00/hr, with opportunities for pay advancement.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure vessel security and inspection at the loading rack.
• Transfer products following proper procedures.
• Check product/vessel weights to ensure safety limits.
• Complete necessary paperwork prior to vessel release.
• Communicate with site leadership, team members, and customers.
• Assist maintenance team with various tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass drug screening, physical, and background check.
• Military experience and procedural discipline are a plus.
