You will handle maintenance tasks, respond to service calls promptly, and ensure thorough, timely repairs to uphold the company’s world-class home buying experience.

The role requires reliable, organized individuals with strong communication, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and post-offer drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
• Respond to service calls promptly and ensure thorough repairs.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests and preventive care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
