Qualifications

• Numerous and varied handyman skills required.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service issues in manufactured housing and provide excellent customer service.
• Respond to service calls promptly and ensure repairs are thorough and timely.
• Perform general maintenance, complete service requests, and conduct preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage as needed.
