Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Laborer to join our military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY. The role involves maintenance and cleaning across rental units, offices, grounds and common areas, with support for warehouse operations and project set-up.

Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance is acceptable, and candidates should have strong customer service and basic computer skills. A valid driver's license is required for site access.

Qualifications

• Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Basic familiarity with computers, web-based applications, and mobile devices.
• Ability to read and write in English, to understand basic instructions and take direction from supervisors.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• This position requires a REAL ID compliant driver's license for access to the federal facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tools, equipment, and parts around the property and assist with event setup/teardown.
• Maintain and rehabilitate property through cleaning, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Transport, install, and connect appliances.
• Load/unload trucks and move supplies using wheelbarrows or hand trucks.
• Perform on-call emergency repairs and complete repairs as directed by supervision.
• Update work orders with time, materials, and notes.
• Maintain vehicle and vehicle inventory as prescribed.
